Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period, however after 10 minutes the appointment will be CANCELLED. You are able to reschedule/cancel your appointment through your confirmation text/email up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you need to reschedule your appointment AFTER the 24 hour mark, there will be a non-refundable deposit due of 50% of the scheduled services. The deposit will be held for 7 days to reschedule the appointment. After 7 days, the deposit will be forfeited. All no-shows and same day cancellations will result in 100% charge of services scheduled. A valid card will be required to put on file before booking. In the case where I have to charge a fee, if there is an invalid card on file and/or has insufficient funds you will have 1 warning before you are banned from booking online without pre-paying for your service. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee MAY be applied to future services.
